Our Experience
We purchased our condo at BayWatch in July of 2023. At the time we lived in Huntersville, NC and after doing our research we settled on a local property management company. I was shocked to learn that some of these companies charge between 20% and 40%. I was looking for a new business opportunity so after a year of working with them we decided to move to Myrtle Beach to manage our condo and once we were ready, start our own vacation rental property management company.

We want it all. We want our condo rented with the greatest possible returns. We want 5-star reviews. We don't want to be aggravated with minor maintenance issues, but we do need proof of all repairs. And we don't want to be nickel and dimed to death.

- Our property management software allows us to advertise your condo on websites like: Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com and it ensures we never upset any potential renter due to double booking. It also gives us the ability to report to you all repairs along with complete booking financial data.
- We subscribe to a service called "Pricelabs". This service keeps track of every property in the area like yours and provides us with detailed pricing information. This way we are able to price your unit right where it needs to be in order to get bookings.
- We employ maintenance personnel so that we can quickly respond to any issue that comes up and we are in regular contact with each renter during their stay to make sure they are having a great time in order to secure a 5-star review.
- By limiting this business to just BayWatch, we are on site all the time which ensures we can give your condo the attention it needs and deserves.
